I started homeschooling preschool with my 4 year old over the summer, but felt our lessons were missing something. We typically have a gentle lesson on letters or numbers after our afternoon quiet time while the 2 year old is still napping. As someone who doesn’t consider themselves musical and doesn’t play an instrument, having a guide to introducing my kids to the vast and varied world of music and music appreciation is invaluable! I’m looking forward to using Prelude once little brother is able to participate a little more, and the composer study when both kids are ready for it as well!
My preschooler has been fascinated by the instruments he’s been introduced to, and my toddler likes joining us for some school.
